Depending on the size of your operation, consultants will spend ten days at the premises to collect all figures needed, map processes and talk to the people who can provide the information needed to complete the analysis. The results will be presented to management including, if necessary, a proposal for future improvement programs.
Business Analysis overview
Business Analysis including presentation of the findings and improvement suggestion will take eleven days over a period of several weeks.
After the findings are presented, Comad consultants will be able to assist in the following steps, e.g. creation of an action plan, future business strategy and further implementation programmes necessary to improve business continuously.
1. Number of days are for one outlet per brand of a dealer. In tha case of more outlets the number of days have to be adjusted;
2. Programme modules can be requested per department (sales, workshop, parts); the activities under “general” are only available as an addition to one or more analysis per department;
3. Findings are presented to a requested forum, as are a proposal for possible improvement areas;
4. For consolidation and presentation one day is charged;
5. Managment can decide after presentation to implement (or not) the proposed improvements (or parts of it);
6. If basic data, and/or key employees are not available during the reserved time, the number of days to conduct the interviews necessary, or the collection of data by us or third party DMS vendors will be added;
7. For a total approach of a complete dealership, where all of the named modules are conducted, analysis can be done in seven days, instead of 9 for the total of individual modules. This because of synergetic advantages with a total approach.
